Throughout his career, Travis has partnered with both private-sector organizations and defense contractors to design and implement custom supply chain solutions that address constrained materials, hard-to-find components, schedule recovery, and mission-critical procurement challenges.
Jamie is a Client Partner at Silicon at Eaton Square, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience in the aerospace and defense supply chain. With a career spanning service in the United States Air Force and senior roles in aerospace procurement, Jamie offers a unique perspective that bridges mission-driven execution with commercial strategy. She has a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, develop high-performing supplier ecosystems, and deliver measurable outcomes in complex, highly regulated environments.
Regina supports global sourcing efforts by identifying qualified suppliers, tracking hard-to-find components, and coordinating logistics across complex supply chains. A licensed Civil Engineer with hands-on office and field experience, she brings a strong background in project coordination, documentation, and site supervision for public infrastructure projects.
Catherine leads marketing across Silicon and Eaton Square. With over 22 years of experience in FMCG, SaaS, eCommerce, and investment banking, she supports brand strategy, campaigns, and international expansion. She also works closely with senior advisors on sector-specific growth initiatives.
